The workflow validates locally captured race-card snapshots against a requested America/New_York date and records source identity, request context, retrieval time, and SHA-256 checksums in an immutable manifest.
Its current outputs are intentionally descriptive: track, race, post time, status, and available field counts. Predictive analysis and wagering workflows remain out of scope until source authorization, runner-level provenance, and validation safeguards are established.
